The Garden Retail Success website is the result of three experienced consultants involved in garden retail combining their expertise and offering an online resource centre to garden retail owners, managers and staff.
Bill Brett, John Russell and Joy Lamb are New Zealanders who have successfully delivered training, mentoring and products to garden retail in New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and the UK. Between us we have more than 70 years of industry experience. We are results driven.
The training material on our site has been developed by Bill and John (Brett & Associates) to help management and staff focus on increasing sales and bottom line profit.
They have accumulated vast experience from working in garden retail on the shop floor as managers, corporate and group managers, consultants and mentors to many garden retail outlets. Their advice is practical and proven, not theory or opinion and the material offers a wealth of systems and templates for easy adaptation.
Joy's hands-on experience developing trade opportunities has assisted New Zealand companies to export and establish their products in the garden retail market internationally.
