Manuals and Modules

Except where product is incorrectly supplied, there is no right of return or refund for Manuals or Modules.

Please email us at sales@gardenretailsuccess.co.nz if a product has been incorrectly supplied.

Equipment

Damaged in transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit please email us at sales@gardenretailsuccess.co.nz Include the order confirmation number and a description of the problem.

We will let you know how to return the item. When the damage has been assessed, we may offer repair, replacement or refund; as deemed appropriate.

Defective Goods

If the product you purchased is faulty, you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

Please email us at sales@gardenretailsuccess.co.nz with your order confirmation number and a description of the fault. We may send you a replacement part or let you know how to return the item.

When the damage has been assessed, we may offer repair, replacement or refund; as deemed appropriate

If you are required to return the product that should be done within 15 working days of receiving the goods.

The returned product must be unused; in the same condition as received and returned with the original product packaging.

If it is decided a refund is the best remedy you will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.

If the product is covered by a manufacturers warranty please contact the manufacturer directly.
