The audit report includes recommendations and details of how to implement improvements where required together with a priority action plan. In addition a presentation “Garden Retailing Today” highlights the changes necessary for success.

Mentoring is available on a weekly basis by phone / email to assist with ongoing advice on the implementation of changes required. We include monthly key performance indicator monitoring, plus one or two site visits per year according to need. People ManagementThis service includes assistance with recruitment, staff structures, job descriptions, staff reviews, training, and people management. The consultation focuses on implementation.
