Prices
The prices for goods displayed on the site are as set out. Goods and services or value added taxes are added to the sub-total of your order prior to checkout and shown as a separate amount.
Delivery
How is delivery charged?
There is only one delivery charge per order. The charge is automatically calculated according to the total price of the products you have selected to buy. It doesn’t matter how many products you have ordered.
When will my order arrive?
Training manuals and modules that cannot be downloaded should arrive by post to most international destinations within 10 working days.
Delivery time for equipment will depend on the location of the customer, the product size, and whether the product is being delivered by one of our suppliers or by their delivery partners. Customers will be contacted within 5 working days of placing an order to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Can all my items arrive at the same time?
You can arrange for several products to be delivered on the same day but items distributed through different delivery partners may arrive separately and at different times. There can be only one delivery address for each order.
Please check your consignment
A Receipt of Purchase is required to be signed for all deliveries.
When your goods arrive please check the number of parcels corresponds to the number on the delivery note before the Carrier leaves.
If there is any damage to the packaging it is important the extent of the damage is noted when signing the Receipt of Purchase.
